Elliott was great helping us plan an awesome trip to Walt Disney World! She provided us with all the information we needed to plan an affordable trip. We were able to set all the plans virtually to accommodate work schedules. When the time to travel came we had no problems. All of Elliott’s recommendations were great and we had a really fun trip!

Elliott was fabulous! She supported us in finding the right resort to meet our family’s needs, was extremely communicative, and took care of all the bookings from Hotel to dinners to park days! We are so thankful for her assistance and cannot wait to use her support in booking our next trip!

Elliott couldn’t have come through enough. We had canceled our Hawaii cruise and then decided to go again and Elliott was still able to get our cruise and have us close to our friends on the ship. She was amazing at keeping me updated every step of the way!!! Thank you so much Elliott!!!!!!

Elliot was so incredibly helpful! My dad surprised us with a Disney trip for Christmas. I emailed Elliot and she got to work and immediately saved us money. My dad is disabled and she provided so much information and links for videos and more to help make his stay just as comfortable. We had an amazing time! Besides from my husband and I having already been discussing returning next year before we left for our trip. When we returned home my dad was already considering another trip! We are grateful for all of Elliot help and look forward to more trips with her in the future!

This was our first Disney trip as a couple and Elliott made it a breeze! From start to finish she helped with questions, quotes, reminders… You name it, she made it happen! Elliott was a wonderful resource and travel agent for our first trip to Disney (2 adults, 1 toddler). She had valuable insight regarding traveling with toddlers and managing Disney with a toddler. She had great recommendations and presentation regarding choosing a resort to stay at on property. She was able to book all our dining reservations and lightning lane reservations which we truly appreciated. We will 100% be using Elliott for all future Disney travel!

My husband and I wanted to take our two children to Universal for the first time, and didn’t know anything about the park(s) since it had been at least 20 years since we went to Disney as children ourselves. We knew that it was going to be overwhelming to try and plan this vacation, so we chose Elliott to help us with the planning process. She made everything easier to understand, and helped us with choosing the things that were most important to us in this vacation. There were a few times we made some changes to our plans and wants, and without hesitation she took care of it quickly. Just got back from our first Disney Cruise on the Disney Dream and I can’t say enough amazing things about Elliott! From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly every detail, every question, every little “what if” I had was taken care of with patience and expertise. Because of her, we were able to truly relax and enjoy the magic without stressing over logistics. She made sure we had the best experiences, kept us informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable for our family.

We reached out to Elliott after a friend recommended using a travel agent, and we are so glad we did. We did not have a specific destination in mind—just a few ideas—and Elliott quickly sent multiple options across our budget to ensure we would find the perfect fit. She suggested trying a Sandals resort, and we are so thankful for that recommendation. We ended up choosing Sandals Grande St. Lucian, and we couldn’t speak more highly of the experience! Elliott’s organization and communication made our entire trip feel effortless. A huge help was her sending us the online entry form for St. Lucia ahead of time—we filled it out early and avoided a very long line at the airport. We cannot wait to work with her again in the future!

Our experience working with Elliot was superb! She sent us a very detailed variety of options that all fit our budget. She also gave us insight and advice at every turn of our planning. We planned a five day trip with Elliott to Punta Cana. She made all of our room reservations as well as our airport transfer requests. She was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. After booking, she sent us a link to our itinerary and all of our travel documents. This was a great help in being able to refer to all of the details of our trip. Because of her attention to detail, our trip went smoothly and we had a wonderful experience. We also knew that we could contact her at any time with questions or concerns. Elliott did a great job in planning a complicated, multi-family trip to Disney World. She helped secure the right rooms at a Deluxe Resort where availability was limited and then helped with all other Disney-related plans from parks and lightning lane passes to dining and everything in between. We recently visited Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and the new Epic Universe park—and it was a trip to remember! Elliott’s support through planning and travel truly made our trip to Disneyland one to remember. Elliott Hogan was recommended to us by a friend. We contacted her and she got right down to work. We went on a Scenic River Cruise in Europe and visited 6 countries along the way. Elliott gave us choices o flights, hotels before/after our cruise, as we extended our stay. She set up our cruise reservation, first activities on ship, travel insurance, as well as, transportation to/from ship/hotels. Everything happened right on schedule and she gave us a very detailed itinerary. Elliott was available while we traveled, if we had any questions. She even left us a little surprise upon our arrival on the ship. This was our first time we traveled to Europe, so she advised us about what we needed to do to prepare. Elliott helped my family and I plan a trip to Universal Orlando and was SUPER knowledgeable about the hotels and parks. We had a lot of questions and she either knew the answers, or was able to get them for us. I would 100% recommend booking with Elliott and will be doing so again in the future.

Elliott is an excellent travel agent. She knows all the ins and outs of travel, so when hiccups occurred, like our return flight being delayed and then cancelled, she was an excellent resource for finding a new flight and making last minute changes. The cruise ship she recommended was wonderful and we all had a great time. I will definitely contract with her for all my future travel needs!

This was our third vacation booking with Elliott. Our first was a Disney trip, our second was a Disney/Universal combo trip, and our most recent trip was a Universal only trip. We keep coming back to Elliott because of many reasons. First, she truly listens to your vision for what you want your vacation to be and respects the budget. She gives a variety of options that fit with your vision so that you can customize the vacation that works for you. Second, she is always available to answer any and every question that comes up during the vacation planning process. She is also very quick with her responses. Third, Elliott puts together a well organized vacation portfolio that lays out every detail of your trip, which minimizing stress. Finally, Elliott checks in before the trip to make sure there are no last minute questions or concerns, makes sure that you know how to reach her during your trip in case of any unexpected “hiccups”, and after your trip to hear all about it and make sure everything went off without a hitch! We will always use Elliott for our vacation planning and recommend anyone else working with her as well!

Elliott booked us at the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo for a family friendly all-inclusive vacation. It was a great trip with so many kid-friendly activities available. Elliott was great to work with- she really listened to the needs of our family and provided us with excellent hotel options. It was great to have someone’s opinion I could trust! Thank you again!

Elliot was absolutely amazing in every aspect of planning and implementing our Disneyland Family vacation! She made the process of everything SO easy! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elliott two times to plan Disney Vacations. Each time she has gone above and beyond. Elliott made sure that our rooms were next to each other’s. She called to confirm requests that we had. Elliott made our dinner reservations for us this last time as well. Elliott Hogan at Hakuna MaTravels was amazing. She is so knowledge about all things Disney and so helpful and patient with the planning process.
