Why work with a travel advisor

Booking sites can show you everything, which is exactly the problem. A travel advisor helps you cut through the noise, compare the options that actually fit, and plan with confidence.

Meet Your Advisor

Elliott brings a warm, practical planning style to every trip. She helps you think through the details, compare options, and build a vacation around the people actually taking it.

Less overwhelm, better decisions

Planning a trip can start out fun and turn into a maze of reviews, room types, ticket options, dining windows, ports, and fine print. Instead of starting from scratch, you start with someone who’s planned these trips before — someone who knows which questions matter, which details trip people up, and which upgrades are actually worth the money. We make the decisions easier to understand, so you spend less time researching and more time looking forward to the trip. And for many trips, our planning support comes at no added cost to you.

Less research

We narrow the options so you don’t have to read every review, open forty tabs, or wonder whether you missed something better. Tell us what matters — your budget, the vibe, the must-dos — and you get a short list that already fits your group, with the trade-offs explained in plain language.

Better fit

Your destination, resort, ship, room, tickets, and daily pace should match your real travelers — their ages, your budget, the energy level of your group — not a generic top-ten list. We match the trip to your people, so it feels right from the first day.

Support

A real person who answers your questions, keeps the dates and deadlines organized, and steps in when plans have moving parts — before you go and while you’re traveling. If something comes up mid-trip, you have someone to call instead of a 1-800 number.

When it helps most

First-time trips

Heading somewhere new — your first cruise, first Disney trip, or first all-inclusive? We’ll tell you what to expect, what’s worth it, and what to skip.

Big or multigenerational groups

Multiple rooms, mixed ages, and a dozen opinions are a lot to juggle. We keep everyone’s needs — and all the logistics — straight.

Trips with a lot of moving parts

Flights, transfers, dining windows, park strategy, excursions — the more pieces a trip has, the more a real plan pays off.

Special occasions

Honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone birthdays. We help the trip feel as special as the reason you’re taking it.

Common questions

Often, no. For many trips, our planning support comes at no added cost to you — and the price you see online is generally the price you’ll pay, whether you book through us or on your own. Some trips, like Disney vacations, include a planning fee, which we’re always upfront about before you commit. See our Planning Fees page for the details.

Not at all. You make every decision. We bring the options, the details, and the honest guidance; you choose what feels right for your travelers.

Even better. Tell us the destination and we’ll help with the rest — comparing resorts or ships, sorting tickets and dining, and keeping your dates and deadlines organized.

It varies based on destination. If we can transfer your reservation we absolutely will. If we can’t, we will talk through the best way to help.

Yes. We can book flights at the same rates and times you’d find on the airlines’ own sites, for a $30 per person flight fee. If you’d rather use miles or airline points, we’ll have you book those directly so you keep full control of them.

Yes. When a new promotion comes out from a supplier we work with, we re-check your booked trip to see if it can save you money — even if it was booked at the standard rate.
